Dr. Baez
Dr. Baez earned her Medical degree and Catholic University of Mother Maestra, Santiago, Dominican Republic, completed her clinical training at the New York University Hospital of Queens, NY, and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. In addition, she is currently affiliated with Long Island Jewish Medical Center and New York Hospital of Queens.
From the Dominican Republic. Dr. Daysi Baez is the oldest of five sisters, all of which are physicians. Additionally, Dr. Baez’s father, aunt and uncle are also physicians.

Dr. Baez has been in private practice for over 20 years and firmly believes in preventive care. She also keeps up with the advancements in medicine, practicing with the most up-to-date Electronic Medical Records and Patient Management System.
